  Hi there – while we don’t have specific forum software built into WordPress.com, you could certainly use pages, posts and comments in this way. For example, you could create a post where people could interact with each other by leaving comments on it.

  If you’re looking for a more formal forum-style display, you might want to look into bbPress, which is a variation of the open source WordPress software that’s specifically designed for forums. It’s something you’d need to download and host yourself, though, it’s not available through WordPress.com.
