  Hi there,

  It’s not possible to create a free business email on WordPress at the moment.

  An exception to this is if you are on the legacy Personal and Premium plans. If you are, then you can add Email Forwarding.

  Once you upgrade to the Pro plan (paid) you can then forward your emails at no additional cost.
