Can I create a group chat function for my website?

  Hi, I want to create a blog website which I can upload my tutorial, and I also hope my website can allow users to comment my tutorials. How should I create a comment board by WordPress builder? And I really hope that the users can use my website to talk to each other through a group chat. Can I create a group chat function and how?

  You can enable comments on your posts/pages by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/comments/#video-tutorial

  A live ‘group chat’ feature would only be possible on the Business or eCommerce plan with the use of some kind of a third-party plugin or custom coding in general.

  If I choose the $10 per month plan, would I still be able to cancel it or upgrade it to business plan? And how many storage would the premium plan has?

  You can upgrade (from Upgrades > Plans) or cancel (from the Manage Purchases page) your plan subscription anytime you wish.
