Can I create a link to another page from an image that is part of a gallery?

  Can I create a link to another page from an image that iu part of a gallery?
  I have added a gallery of images and I am now wanting to be able to click on an image in the gallery and for it to take me to a new page that I can add to describe that specific picture. There are approx 11 different pictures and I want these to have 11 attachement pages.
