Can I create a new blog with the address (and name) of previous deleted blog?

  As in the subject, can I create a new blog with the address (and name) of previous deleted blog?

  I deleted the blog thinking that is like cleaning all data, but now i cannot create a blog with the same name, can you help me?

  Blog names are not recycled, when you deleted the blog you agreed to those terms – you will need to find a different name
