Can I create a site for free and switch to Business if I am happy with how it looks?

  Or should I just go ‘Business’ and cancel if I dont like the look?
  And can I choose the colours etc to match our corporate themes etc?

  Looks depend on theme you choose. And yes, you can change colors on almost all themes.
