Can I create a test site before transferring my domain?

    I have never created my own site and am not sure I can handle it. Can I create a test site before committing to this? Or do you offer website design help?

    Yes, you can create a free test site but before starting out I would like to point you to the article on the difference between two flavours that WordPress software comes in i.e; the open-source version and the hosted version.
