Can I create an image rollover or "mouseover" on a static page?

  I would like to add some short definitions to text on a static page, in the form of a rollover/mouseover. Is that possible?

  You can do it this way (in the Text editor):
  <span style="cursor:help;" title="DEFINITION HERE">DEFINED TEXT HERE</span>

  This will produce a questionmark when you hover over the text, and the definition in a small popup. Perhaps you should also differentiate the styling of the text somehow, to show it’s not just plain text; if you’d like something like that, let me know.
