Can I create and upload a flash file to use as my blog header?

  I am using the Basic Maths theme. One of the benefits is being able to create my own header 175pixels by 150pixels (I beleive). As opposed to an image could I create and upload a Flash file at these dimensions?

  Unfortunately, Flash files can’t be added here for security and stability reasons.
