Can I create clickable table of contents at top of each blog post?

I wanted to know if it’s possible to start each blog post with a short table of contents that the reader can click on. For instance, if he clicks on an item in my table of contents, he’s taken to the section of that blog that relates to that item? (as opposed to having to scroll through an entire blog post to find what topic they want.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi Ross,

You can indeed have what you are describing through the use of Anchor points (also called Page Jumps):

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/page-jumps/

This will allow you to create a link at the top of your page (or really anywhere) that links to another point on your page. You just have to specify that other point in a specific way. We show you how in that help article.

Let me know if you run in to any issues!
