Can I create password protected part to my website?

  HI
  I’ve launched a coaching service and I’m wondering if I can tailor my website to provide a password protected area with resources for my clients? I would be looking to set up a private section for each client. This might be beyond the sites capacity – but I thought I would ask!

  I’m afraid that is likely beyond the password protection features that WordPress.com has.

  You can password protect a specific page or post using these instructions:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-visibility/

  Or you can make your whole site private (and only allow those you invite to view it) with these instructions here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
