Can I create website offline (like mamp) and then upload it to a free WP Site?

    We are doing a cruise and I would like to do a daily blog with hints and tips about the cruise and the ship with video, pics, and articles. The intertnet on the ship is 1990s slow. Is it possible and how would you do it. Create a web site offline (I have used Mamp on my paid sites) and then when we get to a wifi hotspot at the ports we stop at…. upload the updates to a free WP site that I have created before or a new one. Typically I add posts while on line so I am not sure if it is possible with a free site.

    You don’t create a blog offline, but you can create posts offline with an offline blog editor. Try Windows Live Writer, Ecto, or Blogdesk.
