Can I customize the URL format of a wordpress.com blog?

  For example, mydomain.com/2013/05/10/post-title-here

  I don’t see an option for this in the dashboard settings.

  We cannot chnage permalink structure on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. You can edit the post or page slug only.
