Can i custumize the template of the wordpress blog?

  Like how blogger supports to modify templates of the blog, does wordpress support to modify the template of the theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No. With the CSS Upgrade it is possible to style the existing theme, but you cannot alter the theme template.
