Can I cut/copy/paste from a PAGE and make it a POST instead?

  I mistakenly created 3 entries as PAGES but I want them to be POSTS so they will appear in order with the other posts. Can I cut/copy/paste from each PAGE into a POST?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sure you can. Edit the page and copy the content, then create a new post and paste the content there. To make the appear in the correct order relevant to the other posts, simply set the right date and time of publication as that determines post order: http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/schedule-a-post/

  After you’ve published the post, go back and delete the page.
