  Without proof of ownership, WordPress.com won’t be able to recover the account.

  Only a logged-in admin of a site can delete it, and we cannot delete a site at the request of someone else under any circumstances.

  If you’re not able to verify your ownership of the account through the methods we explain on the account recovery form, we won’t be able to give you access to the account that owns the site.
