can i delete links on the left sidebar of my blog home?

  I can’t figure out how to delete the links on the left sidebar of my blog homepage. my theme is “ryu” please help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  These are called post metadata (date etc). They are part of each post, and you can’t remove them except if you have the Custom Design upgrade.
