can i delete one website/blog but keep another when they share a username?

i want to delete Rachel Raphael consulting page and all its content but not iwishihadknownallthis which is the username and the name of another blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Deleting the blog cannot be undone and cached copies of the page may still exist on search engines for several weeks. Consider setting the blog to private rather than deleting. If it then comes up in search results visitor will only see a page stating that the blog is private. If you have followers on that blog you can ask staff to remove them once you’ve set it to private. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
You can then use it as a test blog to try out new themes or import your posts to it periodically as a backup. Deleting it will be permanent and the URL will never be available again. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
If you still want to delete it, you can do so from the My Blogs page in the dashboard. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
