  Hi,

  I am building a website and I would like to try wordpress. But I have to see if I am going to be able to adapt to it.

  Can I design from scratch?

  I don’t want to use any themes.

  Unfortunately, if you will be building from WordPress.com site you will have limited options in building your site from scratch. However, if you have a hosting, you can try self-hosting your site, you can start from https://wordpress.org/download/ and use a blank started theme like https://underscores.me/.
