Can I direct e-mail subscribers to home page?

  Currently, email subscribers who are notified of a new post are sent to the individual post. Can I have them sent to my home page where they can read the new post or several other posts? My theme is Suburbia.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Richard,

  The subscriber email cannot be customized in your WordPress.com account.

  If this home page link is very important to you, you might want to consider using an outside mail service such as http://mailchimp.com/ or http://www.constantcontact.com/index.jsp

  Those are just two of many possibilities out there that will allow more customization.

  Incidentally, users that click on an email notification generally expect to be taken to the specific post. It could actually become an irritation for them to have to click-thru to find the whole post. Of course, you know your readers’ needs much better than I do!
