Can I disable hyperlink on Sticky Post?
-
I am using Skylark theme to create website for non-profit organization. So I am not using it as a blog. For the image slider on homepage, I have created 5 sticky posts with featured images and would like to display 2-3 sentences to accompany with each image. These are really not posts but brief statements on the organization. So I would like to disable the hyperlink on the sticky post. Is that possible?
On the same topic, I also want all my sticky post content (2-3 sentences) to appear on the image slider text area, so it does not display “Continue to read”. Is that possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No it is not. I’m sorry but we cannot edit templates or themes on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. This is a multiuser blogging platform where all blogs wearing the same theme are using the same underlying templates. Only Staff can access those files and edit as every edit they make affects all blogs wearing the same theme. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/editing-themes/ CSS editing can only be used to change appearance. It cannot be used to change they way any theme functions.
