Can I disable showing the share-buttons for certain parts of my website

  I’m always showing the latest two whole posts on my homepage.
  For the next three only a thumbnail and a small excerpt is shown. I would like to disable showing the share-buttons for these three posts. How can I do this?

  It won’t be automatic, but you can edit the posts in question and uncheck “Show sharing buttons” near the bottom of the edit page.

  You may need to check “Likes and Shares” in the Screen Options tab near the top-right to see the option.

  It also shows up on all search-pages.

  May I somehow only have it on single pages?

  Yes, the options for that are located near the bottom of Settings -> Sharing in your blog’s Dashboard.

  That should be good enough for now.
  Can I also manually insert the sharing buttons in my theme’s code?

  Unfortunately, we do not have a way to manually insert our buttons.
