Can I display 'likes' and 'comments' on individual posts in Hemingway Rewritten?

Just trying out some free themes. Can I display likes and comments on Hemingway Rewritten Theme? or is it part of a customized upgrade?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As far as I know likes and comments can be enabled and displayed for all themes and does not require an upgrade. The default settings for likes and comments are under Settings ->Sharing and Settings ->Discussion respectively, but you can also set them for individual posts and pages.
