Can I display only a certain category of posts in a Posts Block?

  Dear All,
  Thanks for answering my previous question re ‘How can I setup a Menu with all my Tags on the left hand side of my Posts page’.
  My next question is this:
  If I configure multiple static pages and group my posts in different categories, can I configure blocks on these pages to only display posts of certain categories in each of these pages?
