Can I dispute the late renewal fee?

    I would like to dispute the late renewal fee. I was under the impression that the subscription would automatically renew and was unaware of the late fee attached. I am a broke actor and just trying to maintain a website to promote my skills. I really cannot afford to pay the late fee, if there is any way you can remove it I would really appreciate it, and I will happily renew my subscription to the domain Jessicacrilley.com for another year.

    Hi Jessica – I’m sorry, but the redemption fee is set by our registrar and we can’t waive it. It looks like your automatic renewal did not go through because your bank declined it, but you should have received emails notifying you of that, and of your domain’s upcoming expiration.
