Can I Do a Giveaway for Subscribers?

    I want to giveaway a book I contributed to. Is that allowed?

    Can I run the type of giveaway I’ve seen on other blog sites, with entries for subscribing, for liking my facebook page, and for sharing the post on facebook and Twitter?

    I sent WordPress a message a week ago, and haven’t heard back. I’m sure they’re busy, but I’d like to do the giveaway before the actual publication date. However, I don’t want to break any rules. I didn’t see anything against giveaways in the Terms of Service, but I’m nervous that somehow I don’t understand the rules (based on other comments on giveaways on these forums).
