Can I do my content area a bit transparent?

  Hello if you see my website I am using this layout: The MH Magazine Theme.

  I want to ask
  a) is there any way we can delete the border and shadow around the content area?
  b) is there anyway we can make the content area transparent (around 75%)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
