  Need to make smaller the heading for it not to be so large.

  Hi there, are you talking about the white space above your site title, “Por una Medicina con toda la ciencia…” or are you talking about the white space above that? Both would require custom CSS and would require an upgrade to the WordPress.com Premium plan, which includes Custom Design and CSS.

  If you can clarify what you are wanting, we could work out the CSS you would need.
