Can I do this with the Premium Upgrade

Ok here we go… I need to upgrade my current website http://www.committedtruth.com so that it:
1. Can handle unlimited video
2. Have a front side that attracts potential members with all the normal tabs such as: Home, About, Media, Testimonials, Become A Member and so on. It also needs to have a back side site that can only be seen and accessed once a person is a member.
3. Have the capability of allowing a member to input individual information age and weight then behind the scenes times that weigh by 10 and finally give them the option to decide should they multiply that number by .2 .25 or .3… This will guide them to their general caloric intake.
4. Store a database or be able to pull from a trusted database of food calories, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats for the member to choose from.
5. Place those foods into a virtual grocery cart and as they pick those items update the percentage of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in a pie graph format.
6. Give members only access to a certain sequence of videos to be delivered only after payment is made for that month. Member will be on a monthly billing cycle and when the member pays for the next month they will automatically gain access to that months videos as well as the month before. This cycle will continue for as long as they are a paying member.
7. Automatically charge members on a monthly basis or be able to communicate with paypal and only after payment is cleared allow immediate access or give an access code via email or some communication to provide access to the next months videos.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
