  I’d suggest you explore self-hosting your business site with WordPress.ORG rather than here with free hosting on WordPress.COM. Here we face many restrictions, and while the price (free) is right for many of us, many of the things you want to implement would not be possible on wp.COM.

  Wp.ORG has plugins for:

  Appointment booking website

  Email auto responders

  We on wp.COM cannot use plugins at all.
