can I domain map a site for another user/owner

  another user has set up a site, testxxxx.wordpress.com. I want to domain map it to a previously pruchased domain. Can I do this, can the owner invite me, or can only the owner do it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I think you can do that if they invite you as an Admin
