Can I download a a premium theme and use it on another website hosted on Bluehost?

  I wanted to buy this theme for my webiste: https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/soundcheck/ When trying to buy it, it is prompting me to create a new wordpress account so I did. Now, if I continue to buy this theme using my new WP account, can I download it and install it on my other WP webiste hosted by bluehost? Thanks!

  Premium Themes that are set up for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Some Automattic-developed Premium themes can be transferred to a self-hosted site at no charge, as part of a Guided Transfer. Please post in the Premium theme forums if you’d like to know whether your theme qualifies.
