Can I download new Widgets?

  Is there any way to add new widgets or plug-ins?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Any pure HTML widgets can be used.
  JavaScript and iframes cannot be used. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything at all stated here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ FTP access, and plugins are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.
