  Technically the answers are yes and unlimited, but there are a few things you need to do first.

  1. Learn to spell. It’s s-i-t-e and not s-i-d-e.
  2. Ceate content that a lot of people will entice people to visit your s-i-t-e.
  3. Upgrade your account to enable ads.

  There are other ways, but I don’t want to encourage your complete social demise.

  No, not upgrade: set up a self-hosted blog.
  WordPress.com and .org are very different:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  For wp.com there is only the WordAds program on wp.com and it is limited.

  The WordAds program is only for blogs that are well established and have at least 20,000 page views monthly, as well as, meeting the criteria for acceptance into the program.
