Can I edit a templates HMTL?

  I recently purchsed the premium verion and was hoping that I could edit the templates HTML but there is no button under the appearance section.

  Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No that is not possible on any wordpress.COM hosted blog.
