Can I edit CSS of theme if moving to external host?

  I’ve chosen the Fruit Shake theme for my website and would like to change just the size of the page description and the colour of the widget box. I noticed that it’s $30 every year to get access to the CSS. I find this a bit steep for such small changes and came across this page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/.

  First question is if I can move the Fruit Shake theme over to another host? If so, does this mean I get full access to the CSS without this annual fee? My thought is that the hosting fees are around the same price but I get more than just access to the CSS.

  Yes you can edit the CSS and themes and templates on w WordPress.org install. There is no fee for doing so. However, the Fruit Shake theme is coded to run here on WordPress.com software. As yet there is no WordPress.org version and “no” the theme cannot be exported from here and used on a WordPress.org install.
