  Can I edit my blog i want add to it some code?
  i know web service that provide good services and if you want use that
  you should add their code ? for example they provide rss reader and you should add this code?

  If you are talking about http://micro51.wordpress.com/ or another blog hosted here at wordpress.com, you can add in additional elements for CSS if you have the CSS upgrade that allows you to change your stytlesheet. You cannot change the underlying template code, but just the CSS elements.

  As for the javascript, it is not allowed here on wordpress.com hosted blogs due to security reasons as it effects all users. There is more detail on that in the following FAQ:
