Can I edit my moble theme?

  I use the “Display a mobile theme when this blog is viewed with a mobile browser” option.

  I want to put some links in the page that comes up when on mobile devices. Can I do this?

  For code customizations like that, you should consider switching to WordPress.org which gives you full access to all of the code.
