Can I edit the content of the email that goes to followers alerting them to a new post

  I’m wondering if I am able to edit the content of the email that goes to people who have followed my blog. When they get an email of the new post, is there a way to edit the content of the post that they receive in that email?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You can customize the text of the e-mail followers get when they first subscribe to your site or to comments. That option is under Settings>Reading on your WP-admin controls. The option is the last one, so scroll to the bottom of the page. Here’s a direct link:

  It’s not possible to edit the content of the e-mails that go out with each post.
