Can I edit the Title

  As above. If no is my only recourse to copy the whole dialogue into a newly titles blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When you say “blog title” are you talking about what is displayed in the header of your blog, or in the URL address?

  The blog title can be changed under settings > general. The URL cannot be changed.

  It’s in the dashboard left-hand navigation column toward the bottom.
