I’d like to assist you with this, but I don’t see any upgrades for the blog at globaldesignpost.wordpress.com or under your username, dianaandesther.
Were you purchasing the theme for a different site, perhaps?
-
Thanks for getting back to me…. no — Duet was for this site…. and I put $79 on credit card…..
not sure how we ended up with 2014 as that was not even one I was considering…
Thanks for any help !

It’s possible the purchase wasn’t completed, as I don’t see the transaction on our end. Which site (the actual address) did you purchase the theme for?
-
thanks for your help — it’s
The blog I need help with is globaldesignpost.wordpress.com. -
Oddly, the transaction showed up belatedly. There must have been a delay or some other glitch in the system. To resolve this, I have removed the upgrade and refunded you the purchase of Duet. If you’d still like to use it, please try your purchase again. Because of this inconvenience, I’ve given you some free credits which will discount the theme purchase.
-
thank you! == I will make the purchase again.
Did I lose all of the customizing work I did within Duet when it was live? hope not!
Also — thanks for the credits — how do I access them?
-
HI again,
Any custom work you did within the customizer should still be there, but you may need to set up theme-specific settings again. Your credits will appear when you go through the check-out process, effectively reducing the cost of the theme for you.
Please let me know if you need further help with this and I’ll be happy to assist you further.
