Can I embed a webshots slideshow?

Hello. I was wondering if I am allowed to embed a webshots slideshow into my blog (on the homepage)? If I can how do I put the slideshow underneath my header and above all my recent posts on my homepage? Any help would be appreciated!
P.S I’m almost done with designing my site (thank the lawd! lol).

Yeah I read that. I am asking if Webshots {which is the slideshow host (www.webshots.com) btw} is allowed on wordpress like the others. Because I have already copied and pasted the embed source into the visual box in my “home” page and its not showing up.

Here is the code. I think you’re right. Looking at it its a .swf file. WP.com doesn’t allow that right?

Hmmm so what program would you suggest I use? I was looking at slideshare.net and it looks like I have to make a powerpoint presentation in order to make a slideshow there. And that is way too much work lol. But thats the only one in the WP tutorials that even comes close to the effect I want.

I have not done any slideshows…so I can’t help you there.
Can you export the webshots slideshow as some sort of video? Then yo could upload it here.

I tried copying and pasting the link into the insert/upload video thing in the page and the link is not showing up in the post. Am I missing something? I read somewhere in another post about another slideshow and there were replies about a vodpod widget? Maybe that will work. I’ll read it again and try that.

Use Microsoft Photo Story (free), create a movie of your pictures, upload to Youtube, embed at wordpress.com.
There are no navigational controls in this option, but it is a wonderful free product.
