Can I embed a WordPress page in another page?
-
I have an about me page, and I want to embed a resume. I already made the resume page, but how do I make it show in the about me page? I don’t want it to show as a link, it should be in its own window.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Jeff,
Good morning. I hope you’re doing great.
Would you like to embed the PDF version of your resume? If so, you can use the File Block, which allows you to upload the PDF file and embed it on your webpage. For step-by-step instructions, please follow the article below.
Use the File block to share a link to a downloadable file or embed a PDF. This guide will show you how to use the File block to link to images, documents, videos, or any other file you want your visitors to be able to view or download from your site. Add the File Block To add the File block, click the + Block Inserter icon and search for “file”. Click to add the block to the post or page.Give it a try, and let me know how that goes! 😄
Have a good day!
Thanks

thanks for the suggestion to use a pdf file block, which sounds suitable.
still, I wonder if embedding another web page (within the current page) is possible. Can I assume that is not possible? -
perhaps a synced pattern is what you are looking for – https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/create-a-pattern/#synced-patterns

synced pattern sounds interesting, but it doesn’t mention the ability to embed a second web page in the first.
As an example, imagine there is a page showing a map of the weather conditions in my area ( and let’s assume there are no publishing restrictions on use of this page). I would want to make a page of my own, describing weather in general, and then have an embedded image or complete page that comes from the first weather page. It would be refreshed with current weather whenever my general page was updated.is it possible?

Thank you for getting back to us.
is it possible?
There are many factors to weigh here and, in theory, the answer is yes. But it is only possible with HTML and the iframe tag. Due to security reasons, using the iframe HTML tag is only possible on websites that use plugins. On WordPress.com, this requires a Business plan.
There are several ways you can add custom code to your WordPress.com website. This guide explains which types of code can be added to your website, depending on your WordPress.com plan. About code restrictions The type of code you can add to a WordPress.com website depends on your plan level: Free sites and sites with a Personal or Premium plan have limits to code that can be added. Indeed, I personally think this is the best recommendation thus far. You can transform the content on your Resume page into a pattern:
With patterns, you can save customized blocks to reuse across your site. If you’re repeatedly adding the same groups of blocks to new pages, patterns will save you a lot of time.
