Can I embed HTML in a free WordPress site?

  My site is a free WordPress.com site with a custom theme. I’m trying to embed an iframe, but it doesn’t show.

  Embed is one of the many html-codes you can’t use, https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  I had to tweak the code so it would post. But you get the idea.
