Can I erase blogs bullying and trying to scam my customers?

  Multiple blogs of the same owner, that I’ve already report as spam, are still bullying me, my company and my customers. These blogs are talking about fake scams and drugs, duplicating content, posting pictures of myself, etc. I’m really having big problems with this issue with the law and affecting my SEO work. The blogs I’m reporting about are:

  Please tell me which information do you need to erase these blogs. Or you need my Id, or Driver License pic faxed to you like Twitter or something similar? I’m ready to do whatever you need to solve this big problem. Thanks in advance, I’ll be waiting for your response.
