Can I export blog to another site?

    I have my own website and want to put my own blog onto it, but don’t want to make one from scratch. I was wondering if I can export my WordPress blog into my personal site and as I update my blog through WordPress, it would update automatically on my site.

    I feel perhaps some form of frame (though that would cause all of WordPress to be accessed) or an RSS feed of some type would work, but I’m not well versed through either. Does anyone have suggestions?
