Can I export wordpress.com file to wordpress.org?

  File means my database, static files, and my posts.

  Suppose I generated much traffic to my blog and want to register a domain for it (please note I don’t want to upgrade to pro, simply want to register with other registrar). How will I restore my previous posts to that website?

  No support of editing theme is also a reason that I want to shift to wordpress.org

  Database, no.

  Media uploads, yes.

  Post contents, yes.

  You can add a domain to an existing WordPress.com site if that’s all you want. If you’re asking how to export your blog contents, that’s on your Dashboard under Tools->Export.
