Can I extract my JetPack subscribers after i migrate my WordPress website?
-
I need to migrate my WordPress from Managed WordPress to Deluxe Linux Hosting with cPanel. I tried to install JetPack on my Managed WordPress site so I can access and download my subscribers, but I keep getting the error message: ‘Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.’ If I go ahead and migrate my site and install JetPack on the new WordPress, will my subscribers show up?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Hi,
It would be helpful If you could share your website URL with us. And please check whether your website is hosted on wordpress.com.
I keep getting the error message: ‘Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.’
It means Plugin Folder already exists in your WordPress folder.
Try to delete the folder or you must have not activated the plugin yet. -
My site is self-hosted. If I delete the JetPack plugin folder, will my subscribers also be deleted?

Hi there,
Where do I find the folder for it on a self-hosted Managed WordPress website?
Please contact your hosting provider in your case I guess it should be Godaddy.
This support forum is designed to help sites hosted by WordPress.com. If you are in need of support for your self-hosted website you may be able to find support from the WordPress.org support page at the link provided: https://wordpress.org/support/ or as an alternative you may want to contact your hosting provider.
