Can I fill a page with either categoriized posts or tagged posts?

  Hi there,
  I want to create a subpage of my shakeology tab for recipes. However, I would like that page to autopopulate based on either categories “recipes” or tags “recipes” – get the idea? That way when I add a recipe to my blog it automatically updates my recipes page.

  Is there a way to do that?

  You can create a custom menu and easily achieve this. Note from the outset that Category pages and Tag pages are automatically created by the software – this is not a situation of you creating static pages.
