Can I find out when someone follows a link from my blog to one of my articles?

  I currently have a ‘Top Posts’ list on my blog – however, unlike following a link from another website, I don’t get any info in my stats whenever someone clicks on one of these ‘Top Post’ links. So I can’t tell which articles people are clicking on once they’re on my site.

  Is there any way I can rectify this? And make it so that I can tell when someone follows an internal link to one of my blog posts?
